Distracting you from knowing the truth.

your ego has convinced yourself of. 

It's LIVING coherence; 
It's being safe in this world,
to know the truth of who you are and weave with it. 

It's direct contact with who you actually are.
Not the anxiety, not the stories, not the identities.... 
But your TRUTH and LIVING AT ONE WITH IT.  

It's a profound relationship to spirit that is rooted in awareness, restored through elemental connection, and grounded in acceptance so deep it finally can dissolve the stories that have been running your life and you can finally be free.

Because you know, that is where everything else manifests from. 

From Survival to Sovereignty 

I grew up as the only-child of a young single mother; unmarried parents with an on/off dynamic, a lineage of addiction, s*xual violence, intergenerational trauma.

I was parentified YOUNG, deeply co-dependent and often felt like a burden; I was constantly embarrassed and didn't feel a sense of belonging.  

I was extremely bright, felt different from others and just knew things without having been taught
 I was an independent thinker, psychically open, highly intelligent, sensitive and I challenged a lot within my family system.

I saw the energy of what was happening underneath the surface even though I didn't have the words for it. 

Because of my circumstances, I grew up feeling hopeless, different, that belonging was conditional.
 I felt extremely alone and like I couldn't trust anyone.  

As we all do as young children...
 we create stories to explain our reality.

I accepted those stories and the feelings beneath them as my identity. 
As truth. 

The stories went something like this....

"No one wants me around"
"I have to prove that I'm useful"
 "There must be something wrong with me"
"Why do others get to have x,y, z... and I don't?!" 
"It's unsafe to trust anyone... 
"No matter what I do or how amazing I am;  
nothing I can do is going to change my circumstances..."

It was dark an internal environment that felt totally hopeless. 

And believe me, I tried RELENTLESSLY with all my capacities to MAKE things change.

Life kept showing me mirrors in relationship  that reinforced my stories; that made me feel hopeless
I internalized all as truth; it strengthened my CORE stories about myself.  

I graduated from one of the most prestigious universities in Canada with a competitive GPA and Business degree, I worked thirty hours a week in the service industry to pay my way through school, held it all together with a high GPA. 

I constructed a cage for myself to operate within that was rooted in shame. 
Everything in our society orients us to think... 

"If I do enough....
then this horrible feeling will finally change and life will get better and things will change"

But the truth is, without belief...
I mean felt, tangible belief on an internal level that we're held,
beyond stories, we're going to continue perpetuating our their energy. 

On the inside: I was waiting for the other shoe to drop, feeling emotionally unstable, vulnerable, and repressing everything that I considered "ugly" and unlovable and had RAGING anxiety (not that I would've let anyone see it) 

In 2016 I lost a very close young family member in a medical anomaly...
This shook me awake;
 I felt an intimate connection to the other-world, to spirit, the mystical that connects us all. 
Grief, death and deep pain opens a portal to something powerful,
This is so rarely spoken about, so deeply taboo and repressed in the cultural context under which I was raised. 
So I set out to find what was true....

I spent 2 years working and travelling to sacred sites; working for half a year abroad in rural Southern Africa, learning new languages, studying with Shaman's in the Amazon, having ecstatic experiences in the desert, undertaking the path of the yogi in the desert. 

Those years reminded me.... 
CONNECTION 
is what we all desire. 
Not only to one another, but to ourselves, to LIFE and to a higher power. 

But I was still running so scared to be vulnerable,  
sprinting from the emotions that had been repressed within me. 

The universe delivered right on cue...  
In the midst of spiritual ecstacy...
I attracted the most insane karmic romantic relationship;
I moved to a new city 500km away from home to be with him. 
I found out much later;
I was an energy source for a powerful, psychopathic narcissist with CPTSD
and confirmed by his parents, he had a personality disorder. 
My ego LOVED that I felt so needed by him.  

Ultimately I had a choice,  
I could evolve, breaking a visceral, familiar cycle 
Or I could have my essence be swallowed whole and be doomed to become a shell of myself... 
It was the most EXCRUCIATING heartbreak
I've EVER experienced.

Mid Saturn Return,
During the height of the pandemic...
In a city I knew no one in 
Broke.  Desperate. Abandoned and Alone.

I had no choice but to descend into the shadows
Because I was fed up of living on a roller-coaster avoiding life. 

 I moved across Canada,
Studied to become social worker 
and in the process of trying to remember who the hell I was:
 I became an exotic dancer.... 

It was a 4 year MASTERCLASS in energy, shadow, power and the taboo. 
And I learned...
life itself is a direct mirror for ALL the energy
you haven't met, and danced with 
And only LIFE can hold it all. 

Somewhere between family reunification meetings as a social worker,
performing onstage to Lips of an Angel,
getting certified in over 8 different energetic modalities, 
doing the most gnarly shadow work you could ever possibly imagine,
learning about energy in the most intense environments you could imagine. 
communing with the land and doing monthly ceremony.... 

I learned to contact my essence directly.

I finally felt the relief of just being myself; at one with everything|
And feeling (not simply knowing) that I am deeply held by life. 
This is where miracles come from. 
And this union is what I am here to teach. 

This love and presence is your emanation
It's where anything and everything stems from
Being in relationship with the field of life
That has always been holding you,

I am grateful for the opportunity to work and be held by this land, and I deeply revere the knowledge keepers who have stewarded this land since time immemorial and strive to learn and be in good relations with her and all who are held here.
