Welcome to the Elemental Return

Weaving Ancient Wisdom with Embodied Practical Tools for Modern Awakening

Leading the way for each woman to walk in her truth towards a life that is based in awareness, acceptance and a deep engagement with the rhythm of truth.

My name is Emerant. I am an intuitive, a social worker, an interdisciplinary truth-seeker, but most of all, I am a lover of life. A silly goose at heart with deep reverence for the sacred and for relationships, I tend to see the divine reflected in everyone I meet.

I am devoted to helping people remember the joy of life,  who they truly are and to help them weave their way home to spiritual union with life.

My work lives at the intersection of embodiment, relational healing, and spiritual remembrance. I walk with people as they reconnect to the life moving within them and all around them through the body, the land, and the unseen intelligence that animates all things.

I believe our power is relational. It lives in connection—to the earth, the waters, the cycles, to our deepest selves and Spirit. When we remember this, life becomes reciprocal rather than transactional, life takes on a new flavour. We regain our intuition, our radiance, and our sense of belonging and life becomes alive again.

I am here to walk beside you as you awaken—
to cultivate healthier, more aligned relationships,
to deepen your trust in yourself and in life,
and to embody an unbreakable bond with Spirit.

So you feel empowered, confident, rooted, and sovereign wherever your path leads.

My WHY

After leaving a soul-crushing, karmic, and abusive relationship, I was initiated into a profound search for what is real at the core of my soul.

In the aftermath, I began tracing the patterns at the roots of my own soul, at the roots of shame, conditioning, and the human experience itself- a lineage of shame and illusion that ran through my veins, and the veins of brilliant women everywhere that keep them looping in the same patterns for lifetimes.

It's enough.

Through years of study, embodiment work, and lived experience in some very dark places, a powerful truth revealed itself to me one our ancestors always knew:

Healing lives in our relationship to life and our belonging to it.

Accessing it requires vulnerability, truth, and the courage to meet the illusions with love, and building the resiliency to rely on something far more ancient than just our own minds in the process of reconciling our wounds.

This healing emerges when we are willing to offer ourselves—openly and humbly—to the body, to the land, and to consciousness itself. I know this path intimately. I tried many times to ignore the pulsing truth our Western culture has trained us to forget: that we are not meant to heal alone, in isolation, or purely in the mind.

When we become disconnected from these roots—this elemental pulse of life—we fragment. Our gifts quiet. Our intuition becomes easy to doubt. Our radiance dims. Life loses its sacredness, and we lose our sense of agency, reverence, and power.

As a woman, I know this forgetting has been happening for far too long. It is woven into the systems that have shaped us for millennia. It lives not only in culture, but in our collective nervous system, in our family lines and it stops here.

This is why I do this work.

To help restore what was never meant to be lost.
To support remembrance in the body, not just the mind.
And to walk with others as they reclaim their aliveness, truth, and connection to Spirit.
